If you want to upgrade or downgrade your account, or switch to pre-paid payment, follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your account: https://www.encoding.com/login
2. On the left-side menu, go to My Account .
3. In the upper-left, next to the Account Type, click the Upgrade button.
4. In the pop-up window, carefully choose the Sign-Up button for the billing plan that meets your needs. If you want a pre-paid option, click the Pre-Paid button in the upper-left corner of the pop-up window, then click the Sign-Up button for the billing plan you want.
5. In the small pop-up window, click Save Changes to confirm. That’s it, you’re done! We thank you for using Encoding.com!

Tip: Have a look around in the Account page, where you can also regenerate your User API Key, change your Password, GA Property ID, or Time Zone.
