Once you successfully upload a video, you’ll need to specify the output conditions and location. With Encoding.com, you can direct your output to several destinations: FTP, Amazon S3, CF (Rackspace Cloud Files), Azure, Aspera, YouTube, or Email. If you choose Email, then you will receive an email message containing an Encoding.com link to your output file(s). You can also output to more than one format type. Below we explain how to send output to a number of different output types.
Troubleshooting and Support
If the encoding process fails, you can view the error messages by hovering over the question mark in the encoding queue. After carefully checking to ensure you are entering all the information correctly, you may want to attempt the process again.
